"A very fatigued real estate buyer I reluctantly settled on the idea of yet another buyers agent after unsuccessfully trying 3 different buyers agents before Frank.

Frank stood himself apart in our mutual interview by his lack of hyperbole and showmanship and a genuine desire to determine if we would be a good fit. I had been out of the market for 4 years travelling and working professionally and had failed to purchase both remotely and in person.

Frank very quickly helped me understand where the market was really positioned, removing the smoke and mirrors and the consistent underquoting tactics of 90% of agents.
