Our clients had outgrown their semi and were looking to sell and upgrade.

They wanted a larger family home with space to entertain, in a convenient location, in either the Eastern Suburbs or Lower North Shore.

They were anxious about selling their property as there was so little stock on the market to buy that suited them, and they didn’t want to be left with nowhere to go after they sold.
