Our Clients had sold their family home and were looking to downsize into a garden apartment in the Eastern Suburbs.

Property values had steadily increased since their sale, and they were finding it increasingly difficult to get back into the market, into a home that suited them, within budget.

Our client had come from a larger house so definitely needed a spacious unit. A central location in an area they knew well was also very important.

We located a shortlist of suitable homes, our clients favourite two were an off market semi in North Randwick, and a large garden apartment in Bellevue Hill.
