The property was Off Market, and we were the first and only buyer taken through the property before we negotiated price and terms with the agent.
We will assist our investor client after settlement to organize a small renovation to bring it up to an immaculate condition, that the rental market in that area demands, to ensure our client leases it quickly, and for maximum rent.
