Our client has a young family, and was looking for a spacious 3 bedroom home that was within walking distance to the beach and to school.

Not only were they struggling to find a home within their price range that suited their lifestyle, they were also finding it difficult to navigate the Sydney property market.

Initially we found an Off-Market, 3 bedroom apartment near the beach, but once negotiations began we realised the vendors expectations were above fair market value and our clients followed our advice to not proceed any further.
