The Client’s Situation

Our Client was based overseas and while he came back to Australia regularly, he found there wasn’t enough time to do the required searching and appraising of properties.

The priorities for our client included, advice on the best location to buy an investment property that could also be somewhere to live when they returned to Australia. They wanted an expert who was in touch with the local market, to confidently advise on what the right price to pay was for properties, and to beat the other buyers knowing they got a great price.
