Our client was referred to by a previous client, he was looking to exit the rental market, and buy a beachside apartment, in the area that he had grown to love.
He was aware that any of the best homes sold Off Market and he wanted access to review all of these opportunities.
He was very busy with work and wanted someone to handle all the agent communication and it was also very important for him to have some advice on the buildings he was buying.

While we shortlisted 20 properties, our client would have only been able to inspect 5 of those if they were searching on their own as the rest were not listed online.
This allowed us to be more selective in our choices and build more time to develop a purchasing strategy.
