Our client was a first-time home buyer, and were looking to get into the competitive Inner West property market.
They were looking for an apartment flooded with light, in a small well-maintained block, that was walking distance to city transport and shopping.
Our client was confronted by, how many other buyers with similar budgets, were at every property inspection. And based on a personal referral from a past client, they reached out to us.
They engaged us as they wanted a competitive edge in the market, and were unsure how to secure the best home without paying an inflated price at auction.
