They wanted to get out of the rental market, and into a place of their own, but were struggling to find a home within their budget.
It was important to be walking distance to a park, playground and also walking distance to the light rail for easy access to work.
3 bedrooms was needed and they preferred an older style building with solid bones without any building issues.

We came across an Off Market opportunity, that our client would not have otherwise known about.
