Our client was a first homebuyer, and was finding the properties in the areas and price categories she preferred were hotly contested, despite media reports of a cooling market.
Our client wanted advice with working out fair value for each property, and analysing which properties would make the best future investment properties.
She also wanted help with negotiating with the selling agents, which she had found quite challenging when dealing with them directly.
She found it very frustrating that selling agents wouldn’t give her a straight answer on things such as price. After missing out on several properties she liked, she didn’t want to keep having that same bad experience.

We reviewed and appraised several properties for our client, making sure they fit both her short and long term specific requirements.
Once the ideal property was identified (a spacious apartment with a large balcony just 300m from Coogee Beach) we negotiated over the weekend, securing for our client away from other interested parties after just its first public inspection.
