The Client’s Situation

Our clients were looking for a beach house or apartment in the Eastern Suburbs.

They were interested in investing in the Sydney property market, while they resided overseas and having only a rudimentary understanding of the local market, were fearful of making a costly mistake with their investment.

Our Strategy as Buyer’s Agent in Sydney

We shortlisted a number of off-market and on market properties and inspected then closely. We recorded detailed videos of each option as our clients weren’t physically able to inspect.

We ended up with two options, an off market apartment right on the beach and a house 500m away. We began negotiating between the two and eventually secured the house $300K below our initial offer.
