Our client had been searching on their own for a family home in the popular beachside suburbs of the Eastern Suburbs.
After missing out to higher bidders on 2 different properties they had liked at auctions, they started looking to engage a Buyers Agent to give them the edge in the buying process. Our clients were tired of missing out on properties that they had invested a lot of time into, and began to fear that the property market was out of reach under these competitive conditions.
We were referred as Buyers Agents that had a track record buying in the area, and were engaged for a full service.

We went straight to work on the search and over the 5 week campaign, shortlisted 45 options, including 20 that were either Off Market, or ‘Pre-Market’.
We eventually narrowed it down to 2 properties they really liked and were happy to purchase either. Both options being within 300m of each other. The first house was an Off Market renovated Character home, where we were dealing directly with the owner, and the 2nd was a larger property that had just hit the market.
After negotiating between the 2 options, we secured the 2nd option in a timely manner, after being on the market for just 1 week, for an outcome our clients were very satisfied with.
