Our clients wanted a home close to the light rail in the Eastern Suburbs, to ease their commute to and from work.
They were looking for the largest home they could afford in the area, preferably with a north facing level yard for sunlight and entertaining a growing family.
It was also critical the home would have further value-add in the future.
With a tight budget in a red-hot sellers’ market, they found the local agents didn’t take them seriously.
