The Client’s Situation

Our client was a first home buyer, looking for a large beach side apartment that she could add value to.

She was referred to us from a friend who had previously bought with us, as she was a bit unsure of how to navigate the purchase process, and unable to find the right property in her budget.

She was nervous about dealing with real estate agents, and was concerned about spending too much on an overpriced property.

Ultimately, she wanted her first home to also be a good future investment.

She had already met with 6 other buyers agents, before arranging a meeting with us and partnering with our team straight away.

The non-negotiables included sticking to a strict budget and being within walking distance to the beach. She also wanted maximum light and having a view would be a huge bonus.

Immediately after our purchase, two very similar apartments came to market in the same building one almost identical selling for $205,000 more than the purchase price we bought for.
