Our clients had three young boys and were looking to buy a house in the Eastern Suburbs.
They wanted to stay in their preferred school catchment and also close to their family.

We launched into a full scale search, shortlisting 25 potential homes, 17 of which were either Off-Market or Pre-Market.
We were in the midst of negotiating on one of the Off Market homes, when another larger home hit the market.
Knowing this larger home from previous inspections, and knowing how sought after this property already was, we pounced on the opportunity, before the first inspection and secured the property that evening much to our client’s relief.
