Client had been looking to purchase on their own for the past 6 months, and had made very little progress. They both worked long hours, and found the search far more time consuming than they had to spare.
They also found that the better properties sold really quickly, often before they even had a chance to inspect. Fearing they would continue to miss out on properties they engaged us after being referred by a previous happy client.

We then organised our client to inspect these properties before they were publicly listed to give them a head start over the rest of the market.
Of the 28 shortlisted properties, 11 were either off market or pre-market. After letting a few properties sell to other buyers that we thought were overpriced, we eventually located an ideal property that represented very fair value.
