The Client’s Situation

The buyer was keen to purchase property close to amenities and CBD. As a busy professional they were particularly keen on properties with an urban luxury component, and really wanted to make a ready-to-live purchase, that compliments low maintenance entertaining.

The buyer wanted access to more properties than what they could find themselves online, and wanted someone they could trust to advise them honestly, represent them and co-ordinate the whole process on their behalf.

With auction looming days away we implemented a pre action strategy, with our clients needs in mind, saving them the anxiety of auction day, and avoiding a pressured bidding war which often leads to over paying.
