Our Clients had been looking for a family home for 12 months, and had missed out on several properties they liked during that time. They were referred on to us by a recent client.
They were particularly keen on properties with a large land component, and really wanted to make a value purchase, something they could create their own style with.
They also wanted access to more properties than what they could find themselves online, and wanted someone they could trust to represent them and co-ordinate the whole process on their behalf.
They appreciated that the premium Eastern Suburbs locations they preferred were in high demand from many other family home buyers, and they were looking for a buying professional that would give them the edge.
Our Strategy as Buyer’s Agent in Sydney
We formulated a strategy together with the clients, and targeted our search on their favourite 3 suburbs.
Through our contacts we shortlisted 3 of their most suitable properties, an off market house in North Bondi, and 2 properties in Bellevue Hill, one pre-market and one off market.
Negotiating for our clients between the 3 properties, we eventually secured their favourite choice, a large home on a level 556m2 block in a premium quiet street.
We are now assisting our clients in the planning of the renovation project, to ensure a smooth transition into their new home.
