Our client’s friends had used our services previously and recommended us to them when they were struggling to purchase their own home.
They were looking for an apartment that was walking distance to the beach, ideally, they wanted parking, a second bedroom and a balcony.
It didn’t take them long to realise there was virtually no options online that fit their brief and budget and also found the idea of doing it all by themselves quite daunting.
They wanted someone to guide them and ensure they avoid all the major issues that most first home buyer’s encounter.

Eventually, we managed to secured an Off Market option that ticked all the boxes and was within budget.
