Our client was looking to start an investment portfolio of blue chip properties but wasn’t sure where to start.
He had inspected properties but found the process of inspecting, research and report analysis too time consuming and knew the selling agents weren’t fully disclosing prices, which added to the frustration of an already confusing process.

We began searching multiple suitable areas simultaneously, to short list the best options for capital growth and high rental yield. We engaged our building and renovation expert to provide feedback, potential opportunities, cost and unseen pitfalls.
We completed extensive research on two properties, a beachside apartment in a block of 6, that was currently tenanted, and a North facing apartment in small block of 8, directly across the road from the parklands, with a level walk to the convenience of Bondi Junction.
Under our clients instruction, negotiations began for the park side option, and we eventually secured the property for less than what our client was willing to pay.
