The Client’s Situation

Our were clients were busy professionals looking to buy a family home.. They noticed that the properties they liked, in the areas they wanted to live, were selling very quickly, and they didn’t want to miss out on a good property when it came along. Feeling frustrated with the buying process, they decided a professional acting on their behalf would help them get a better result.

They also wanted to see if there were suitable properties, that didn’t actually hit the open market, and wanted access to those also.

We researched and shortlisted 37 properties, including 9 off market opportunities that suited out clients requirements.

We inspected them all, advising our client on a range of topics such as realistic market price, build quality, renovation potential, negotiation strategies for each potential property to name a few.

We eventually negotiated and secured a large home in a quiet street, yet easy walking distance to all of the Junctions conveniences. The property was Off Market, and our client was the only buyer who inspected this property, before we swiftly secured for them before the property even hit the open market, much to our clients surprise and satisfaction.
