Our client originally engaged us earlier in the year to strategically bid at auction for a property that they wanted to purchase. The property sold before auction and our client missed out.
We were asked to attend another auction with our client, which saw competitive bidding against 19 registered bidders and ultimately sold to another buyer for an emotional price.
Frustrated at missing out on these properties, we began working with our client at the start of the buying process to locate and secure a property to suit their criteria – Preferably a spacious North Shore property with views, in a small block, but still to be close to the convenience of all local amenities.
