Our client was looking for a home, in a quiet street, yet within walking distance to city transport and shopping.

They really wanted a home they could grow into, with future upside potential, however they also wanted to move in straight away.

They loved character features and plenty of natural light was a must.

They noticed, homes that ticked all their boxes and were within their price point, were few and far between and were hotly contested.

We instigated negotiations, and continued well into the night, for a price our client was extremely happy with.
