Our first home buyer client was referred to us by their friends, who had recently purchased with us.
They were looking for an apartment in Bondi Beach, with north facing light and space to work from home.
They didn’t want a home that required renovations, so it was essential to be ready to move in straight away.
Also, their preference was to be away from the busy Bondi strip and surrounding streets, instead favouring to be just outside the hustle and bustle of lively Bondi Beach.
