The apartment was in immaculate condition, and at 145m2, was definitely one of the largest properties we came across, amongst the 50 properties we had inspected for these clients.
With fierce buying conditions, and Auction clearance rates back over 80%, our clients instructed us to secure the property without being caught in an auction situation.
After some intense negotiations, that lasted over 48 hours, we managed to secure the property for our clients prior to auction, much to their delight.
