"I really can't speak highly enough of Sonia. I liked her from the start. I did research other buyers agents and their fees. I know I could have paid less with some of the others but I didn't think that they would understand what I was after and I thought they would push me into something unsuitable.

Sonia Jacob-Farr took the time to understand my situation and what my requirements were and so I completely trusted her judgement at a time when I wasn't 100% trusting of my own. I liked that she explained the process and the timeframe. I also liked that she made me really think about each area I was looking at and also introduced me to others I hadn't thought of.

I loved that she had already seen most of the properties before I saw them. She has a great eye for detail and was great at pointing out problems with any renovations etc. I think Sonia was also very quick to discern my taste.

I loved that Sonia gave me a great price, a market price and a premium price guide to each property. She was well versed in the sales history of the area and was able to explain comparisons between the properties.

Sonia has exquisite taste and I am excited to work with her on future renovations!

I am proud of how well Sonia negotiated, she did so well. I could tell she really did enjoy it and she is very good at it! Definitely the smiling assassin. I was completely comfortable to let Sonia negotiate on my behalf and wasn't nervous regarding the potential loss as I knew that if it didn't work out she would have a dozen more properties for me to see the following week.
