The first, they were outbid at auction, the 2nd property was sold via a closed bidding process that they didn’t know how best to navigate, and the 3rd was sold Off Market before they even got a chance to inspect.
A work colleague of theirs had recently purchased through us, and advised them to give us a call, which she finally did.
They were after a spacious apartment their family could grow into, within easy access of work, and also close to beaches.
