Our client was looking for an apartment with breathtaking Harbour views in a location that was very convenient for his lifestyle.
Being a busy professional and dealing with the countless property inspections and phone calls and follow-ups with selling agents, the buying process was proving to be a real challenge.
The client found that the properties that were online were often misleading on price and appearance, there was way too much time wasted on properties that were not suitable.
Our Strategy as Buyer’s Agent in Sydney
Using our relatioships, we contacted all the selling agents that sold in the desired locations, to shortlist as many suitable properties as possible.
We diligently inspected 41 appropriate properties for our client, 19 of which were Off Market.
After prolonged, intense negotiations we secured an Off Market property. We had to deal directly with the vendor who was about to sell to another buyer before we intervened in the last minute. The strategy for vendor negotiations was precarious and we diligently negotiated a settlement just before a competing buyers offer was signed.
