Our clients were looking for a freestanding family home in the area they were currently renting.
They didn’t want to change childcare and school for their kids, so location was very important.
They needed a space to grow into, one with a decent sized backyard, good natural light, and a home with character.

An off-market home in Matraville, and a property that had just been listed in Eastlakes.
Reviewing and advising on the pros and cons on both options, we decided to go ahead with purchasing the 4-bedroom garden home in Eastlakes.
Despite being a Sunday, we launched into a negotiation process to ensure our clients had the head start on the competition, and could negotiate the best outcome.
Late that evening, we secured our clients their home, well under budget and price expectations.
