The Client’s Situation

The client while working overseas, was trying for over a year to secure a property in Sydney with the help of her father who lived locally. She was after a trendy inner city pad that would cover its own expenses while she was away, and be a great place to live when she finally returns home. Being a light sleeper, she needed her inner city pad to be quiet also.

We found a renovated 2 bedroom unit with breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, including the bridge and Opera House. We carried out inspections at 10pm Friday night, to ensure the night noise wasn’t audible from the bedrooms.
