We met our clients when they had already found a renovated semi that they were trying to buy. They asked us to secure this for them, however another keen buyer with a much bigger budget outbid us to the property, and paid more than we suggested was fair value.
From that loss, we launched into a full search, and in the process, came across an Off Market apartment in Bondi that needed a quick sale.
It was in need of a renovation, but our clients trade skills would definitely be an advantage here. We secured for our client much to their delight.
