Our client was looking for a 3 bedroom home near the beach, with outdoor space, parking and a modern low maintenance style of property.
A quiet street to be able to relax after work, yet within walking distance to cafés and the beach was very high on the list of essential criteria.
With such a similar brief as most beach property buyers, we knew we would be up against competition on any property we found.

The ideal property was located, in a prime position just one street back from the beach yet in a very quiet spot. It had all the essential criteria our client was looking for.
Having purchased multiple properties off this agent, we advised our client the strategy we would use to best secure this from the other buyers, and still ensure we didn’t pay any more than we had to.
We carried out due diligence on the building, and also recent comparable sales to ensure we knew where we should walk away, should bidding from other buyers reach that level.
The strategy was executed and we were able to secure for our client prior to auction, within their budget and at a price they were very comfortable with. They are very much looking forward to moving in, and enjoying their new beachside lifestyle.
