After a process of elimination, we narrowed the search to the 2 most suitable properties. The preferred option was a weatherboard house on a large block in a premium North Leichhardt location and desirable street. While it didn’t have parking, it had rear lane access and could be created. There was scope to simply renovate the existing house, or rebuild a modern version, and both options were viable at the potential purchase price.
