The Client’s Situation

Our client was a first-time home buyer in the Eastern Suburbs, was referred to us by a satisfied previous client.

They were eager to leave the rental market and purchase their first home, but were discouraged with the buying process and felt like they wouldn’t be able to get their foot in the door of the property market.

Despite browsing online, they had limited success, finding only a few options they liked and frustrated each time they tried to buy, as they were either outbid or the property sold before they had a chance to do their research.
