Our client was looking for her first home, and really wanted to be close to Bondi Beach, and the lifestyle she loved. With a very limited budget, finding a decent 2 bedroom apartment was proving very challenging. We were referred by a family member that had recently purchased with us. We met with our client to find out all their requirements, and work out a strategy that would have the best chance of success.

One apartment in particular was a standout from the rest, being 2 bedrooms with a balcony, sweeping ocean views, and a valuable lock up garage. Located in a very central location, surrounded by the Bondi cafe culture, and a short walk down to the beach. it was just what our client had been looking for.
We had purchased many times off this selling agent and we understood the best process to secure this property, at the best possible price. Our client, knowing the market well having looked around on her own for a few months, was skeptical the price we were aiming to secure for was even possible. We managed to negotiate the purchase for our client, even negotiating preferred terms, to our clients complete surprise.
