A medical professional had been searching for a home within walking distance to the hospital, and realised the type of property she was after was also in high demand by other buyers. She found the buying process definitely wasn’t as straight forward as she would have hoped, and decided that getting a professional to assist her would be a logical choice. We needed to find our client a low maintenance home that could one day become an investment, so location and value were at the top of the list of criteria.
