We initially made an offer on the Randwick home, but we quickly realised that the vendor had a slightly unrealistic price expectation so we pivoted to the Queens Park home.
Located on a premium street of Queens Park, this freestanding home had a traditional façade and had been fully renovated throughout. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a lock-up garage – it had all the space for this family to enjoy.
We strategically negotiated all Sunday to secure that evening, for a price they were really happy with.
