Our client was looking for a beachside home in the Bondi and Bronte areas, but they found stock in their price range was very limited and selling before they even had a chance to inspect it.
It was important for them to purchase a home with upside potential and wanted advice on this as part of their purchasing process.

We ended up sourcing three opportunities the client liked, an Off-Market semi in Bronte, a house in Bondi Beach and a semi in North Bondi.
Applying our decades of building experience in the Eastern Suburbs, we worked through detailed advice on all three options and eventually secured the North Bondi semi.
Fortunately, this semi already had architect plans to recreate the property into a beachside resort style home
This North-facing sunny home was purchased away from competing buyers that artificially inflate true market value the same day it hit the market.
