Our clients had just sold their apartment and were looking to upsize into a family house.
They loved the Inner West, the lifestyle it offered, the proximity to their CBD employment, and the good value compared to where they lived in the inner city.
They had already located one property they were considering, yet were feeling pressured by the selling agent, and didn’t want to get into a bidding duel with other buyers.
They wanted to make sure they were not missing out on an even more suitable property they had not yet seen, and wanted to make sure they made the best decision possible, in the limited time they had.
They were unsure how to work out what to offer for a property, or how to make the offer without being subjected to the selling agents tactics of being forced to pay more.
Our Strategy as Buyer’s Agent in Sydney
We immediately launched into a full scale search to uncover as many other properties that suited out clients requirements.
We found a list of other potential properties, and took our clients out to inspect them all, on the same day, while also re-inspecting the property our client already liked. From this new list, there was another new house that our clients could see themselves living in.
Having two properties that suited our clients brief and budget, we started negotiating with both selling agents, and eventually secured our clients their preferred home, just 3 days after it hit the market.
