The Client’s Situation

Our clients were a young family of 4 looking to upsize from their apartment. They had been searching and missing out on potential homes for over 2 years.

They felt alone in the buying process, and had no trust in what selling agents were telling them, after several very bad experiences.

Tired of the whole ‘trying to buy at auction process’ and continually missing out, they decided to get a property professional working on their side, just like all the vendors of properties they were dealing with.

One home stood out as a preferred option, located in a unique peaceful setting overlooking bushland, yet still ultra-convenient to everything important.

The home was placed on a private and sunny North facing block, was very spacious internally and immediately liveable, yet had approved plans for a pool and scope to personalise further.

We noticed a significant amount of interest for the property, so we took the initiative and began a pre-auction negotiation. After several days, we eventually secured the property with both terms and price our clients were very happy with.
