Our client had been looking for an investment property for a long time. Due to a very busy work schedule and family commitments, they had not progressed any further than looking online and the occasional inspection.
Being such a major purchase, our client wanted to make sure they were making the best purchasing decision possible. They also wanted to utilise the skills and knowledge of a buying professional who was very familiar with the area they desired, the current market they were buying in, and the best strategy to secure the right purchase.
