Our clients were a couple looking to upsize from their apartment they had sold the previous year, and had been looking for the right home for over 10 months, with no success.
Finding the right home in their price bracket and desired locations was proving very difficult.
The few opportunities they had been interested in, sold for well above fair value at auction.
They were referred to us to assist them get into more opportunities, as well as make sure that when the right property was found, they secured it without paying too much.

We knew that having more options to review would allow our client to make a better decision, and if some of those options were not publicly advertised, our client would have the added bonus of very little competition to deal with.
We also knew the right way to deal with each different agent in the area, as each selling agent has their own unique style of doing business, and it’s very important to understand the right strategy for each.
After reviewing 57 potential homes for our client in less than 2 months, including 22 off market opportunities, we narrowed our search to 3 properties our clients most preferred, all of which were in the off market list.
We began negotiating between the 3, and eventually secured for our clients their preferred property, at a price they were very happy with.
