Our ex-pat buyers were moving back to Sydney and wanted to purchase a property that would be ready to move into, as soon as they returned.

They had been relying on family and friends giving up their free time to inspect on their behalf, but frustratingly, conflicting schedules meant our clients missed out on properties before they were even inspected.

Additionally, navigating second-hand opinions didn’t get them any closer to finding a home to suit their family’s needs.
